FRUMIL TABLET is a combination of Amiloride and Furosemide which belongs to the group of medicines called Diuretics. It is used in the treatment of extra build-up of water in the body. Symptoms include swollen ankles, feeling more tired than usual and shortness of breath.

How to use
Take FRUMIL TABLET as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
How It works
FRUMIL TABLET effectively stops extra build-up of water in the body by acting on different parts of the kidney and promoting water excretion. It inhibits certain system (sodium-potassium-chloride cotransporters) which results in increased excretion of water with some salts. FRUMIL TABLET also has a potassium-sparring effect and reduces the amount of potassium excretion from the body.

FRUMIL TABLET is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass through the breast milk. Consult your doctor for advice.
