Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride is an antihistamine that is used to relieve allergy symptoms. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. It is used to treat symptoms associated with allergic conditions, such as:hay fever, allergic rhinitis ,year-round allergies such as dust or pet allergies, chronic nettle rash.

It is used to treat:
- Allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, Runny nose, Sneezing
- Skin itching and hives caused by a condition called chronic idiopathic urticaria
- Nettle rash

- Somnolence, Dizziness, Headache

How to use
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. For oral use only. This medicine may be taken with or without food. This medicine should be poured in a spoon or diluted in water and taken orally. The diluted solution should be taken immediately If you forget to take this medicine. If you forget to takethis medicine, or if you take a dose lower than that prescribed by your doctor, do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
