Composition: AMOXICILLIN-200MG/5ML + CLAVULANIC ACID-28.5MG/5ML
Mega CV Dry Syrup 60 ml belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections of the ear, nose, throat, skin, bone, soft tissue, joints, urinary tract, and respiratory tract. A bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria infect our body. Infectious or harmful bacteria can make you sick and reproduce quickly in your body.
Mega CV Dry Syrup 60 ml is a combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid. Amoxicillin works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, it kills the bacteria. Clavulanic acid works by decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of amoxicillin against the bacteria. Together, Mega CV Dry Syrup 60 ml helps in treating bacterial infections. How It works
Mega-CV 228.5mg Dry Syrup is an antibiotic. It has two active agents, amoxycillin and clavulanic acid. Amoxycillin works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) essential for the survival of the bacteria. Whereas, clavulanic acid serves a special purpose of inhibiting an enzyme (beta-lactamase) that is produced by resistant bacteria. This makes the combination of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid an effective line of treatment for many types of infections.
