Product Overview
Composition: Acetylcysteine (600mg)
MUCINAC 600MG TABLET contains Acetyl Cysteine which belongs to the group of medicines called Mucolytics. It is used in adults to treat acute airway diseases such as bronchitis (inflammation of mucous membrane in airways), emphysema, mucoviscidosis (cystic fibrosis), and/or bronchiectasis (chronic widening of airway passage).
MUCINAC 600MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Acetylcysteine. It is also not recommended for use in patients with bronchial asthma.
Before taking MUCINAC 600MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, liver diseases (such as non-alcoholic fatty acid disease), and chronic kidney disease.

How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Mucinac 600 Effervescent Tablet Orange Sugar Free may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How It works
MUCINAC 600MG TABLET works by enhancing airway secretions and mucociliary function (a defence mechanism of lungs that promote movement and removal of excess mucus) which causes the mucus (phlegm) to become less sticky resulting in its easy removal through cough thus treating airway diseases in affected individuals.
What if you forget to take?
If you miss a dose of Mucinac 600 Effervescent Tablet Orange Sugar Free, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
