Composition: Liposomal Amphotericin B (50mg)
PHOSOME 50MG INJECTION contains Amphotericin B which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-fungal agents. PHOSOME 50MG INJECTION is used to treat invasive fungal infections in patients who are resistant/intolerant to conventional Amphotericin B therapy. Phosome 50mg Injection is an antifungal medication. It is used in the treatment of severe fungal infections and leishmaniasis. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. This way it helps treat the condition.
Phosome 50mg Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration of the treatment will depend on the severity of your condition. You should get the injection as long as your doctor has prescribed it.
