Composition: Metoprolol Succinate (47.5mg)
SELOKEN XL 50MG TABLET contains Metoprolol, which belongs to the group of medicines called Beta-blockers. It is used to treat high blood pressure, angina pectoris (chest pain), and heart failure. It is also used to treat arrhythmias or palpitations, and to prevent heart attacks and migraines.
Avoid alcohol consumption while taking SELOKEN XL 50MG TABLET as it lowers blood pressure. SELOKEN XL 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with asthma, COPD, severe bradycardia, second or third-degree heart block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated cardiac failure, sick sinus syndrome (unless a permanent pacemaker is present) and untreated pheochromocytoma. SELOKEN XL 50MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with diabetes, stroke, liver or kidney disease, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, and heart failure.

How to use
