TOPDERM cream is a combination of three medicine which are clotrimazole, betamethasone & gentamycin.

Betamethasone is a systemic corticosteroid used to relieve inflammation in various conditions, including but not limited to allergic states, dermatologic disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, and hematological disorders.

Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside used to treat a wide variety of aerobic infections in the body.

Clotrimazole is a topical broad-spectrum antifungal agent used for the treatment of a wide variety of dermatophyte infections and candidiasis.
