Product Overview
Composition: Torasemide (10mg)
TORSINEX 10MG INJECTION contains Torsemide which belongs to the group of medicines called Diuretics. It is indicated for the treatment of oedema associated with congestive heart failure, renal or hepatic disease and essential hypertension.
Oedema is a build-up of fluid in the body which causes the affected tissue to become swollen. The swelling can occur in one particular part of the body or may be more general, depending on the cause.Prior to the treatment, your doctor may want you to take several blood tests to understand your existing condition.TORSINEX 10MG INJECTION is not recommended for use if you have anuria (failure of kidney to produce urine), hepatic coma (loss of brain function due to liver damage).

Do not receive TORSINEX 10MG INJECTION if you are allergic to Torsemide or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Pregnancy
Torsinex 10mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Breastfeeding
Torsinex 10mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
