Tranostat 500mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called anti-fibrinolytic drugs. It is used to stop and reduce the unwanted bleeding in condition like tooth removal, heavy periods, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, nosebleed, and in any oral, prostate, or bladder surgery. It works by preventing the breakdown of clots which leads to the stoppage of bleeding. This medicine must be taken in the dose and duration as recommended by the doctor. Avoid this medicine if you have any known allergy. 

The most common side effects like tiredness, nasal congestion, and pain in muscle, bone, or joint may be seen. Inform your doctor if you are cardiac and kidney patient. This drug is not safe and prescribed for pregnant and lactating women.
