Composition: Trimetazidine (20mg)
TRIVEDON 20MG TABLET contains Trimetazidine which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-anginal agents. It is used in adult patients for the management of angina pectoris (chest pain caused by a heart disease) along with other medicines. It protects the heart cells from the effects of a reduced oxygen supply during an episode of angina.
Trivedon 20 Tablet should be taken regularly as advised by the doctor. You should take it with or without food and at a fixed time. Your doctor will decide how often you should take this medicine. TRIVEDON 20MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you have parkinson disease (a brain disorder that affects movement (trembling, rigid posture, slow movements and a shuffling, unbalanced walk) or severe kidney problems.

How to use

How It works
Trivedon 20 Tablet is an anti-anginal medication. It decreases the oxygen requirement of the heart by shifting its metabolism from fats to glucose. As a result, the heart works more efficiently
What if you forget to take?
If you miss a dose of Trivedon 20 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Alcohol
Trivedon 20 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
Pregnancy
TRIVEDON 20MG TABLET should not be taken during pregnancy unless clearly necessary. Consult your doctor before taking.
Breastfeeding
TRIVEDON 20MG TABLET is not recommended in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking.
