Product Overview
Composition: Thiamine HCl 2.5 mg + Riboflavine-5 + Phosphate Sodium 2.5 mg/5ml + Pyridoxine HCl 1 mg/5ml + Nicotinamide 25 mg/5ml + D-Panthenol 5 mg/5ml + Cyanocobalamin 5 mcg/5ml + Inositol 10 mg/5ml + Choline Chloride 25 mg/5ml
Vital syrup is used for Prophylaxis & treatment of Vitamin B deficiency, adjunct to antibiotic & anti-tubercular therapy, malabsorption syndrome, in illness.Store at room temperature Keep it out of the reach of children .

Side Effect
Common side effects:
High doses of supplemental B3 may lead to vomiting, high blood sugar levels, skin flushing, and even liver damage Additionally, high doses of B6 can cause nerve damage, light sensitivity, and painful skin lesions.
How to use
Adult: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily or as directed by the physician.
Children: ¼ to ½ teaspoon twice daily or as directed by the physician.

Allergy
Contraindicated for patients who have previously shown a hypersensitivity reaction to the any of the ingredient of this medication.
